翻看以前的学习笔记，发现Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation(LLPS)：相分离的笔记已过去小一年。有意思的是目前这方面的生信文章还是比较少的：

先分享个LLPS的网站RPS(http://rps.renlab.org)，在搜索框输入目标基因如LAYN,就可以得到PMID37335337 Figure12A

本文从DrLLPS获取3598基因作为LLPS related genes(不过目前该网站好像不能用了😓)，构建预后模型并实验验证。

本文从PhaSepDB收集961 LLPS related genes，进行差异分析预后分析，构建预后模型并通过PCR、IHC及细胞功能实验验证。思路还是比较经典的。

碎碎念：

● LLPS related genes的文献目前还不是很多，多多用起来。

● RPS(http://rps.renlab.org)数据库探索单基因与LLPS关系非常好用，单基因泛癌分析的时候用起来明显丰富文章内容。

● WGCNA+GeneSet Score非常适合related genes分析，类似的经典文献PMID: 37275552。
