jvm crash Unsafe_PutLongVolatile #2

OS: CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core)

running the below script causes the JVM to crash

always reproducible

./ixy-pktgen.sh ++bash pktgen/build/install/pktgen/bin/pktgen --batch-size 5 0000:03:00.0

Hugepages aren't configured, please follow the setup steps exactly as described in README.md
