Reduce the amount of Effect #90

Can we reduce the effect from 100 to 0. 100 the effect will show full and 0 will show original image? I am using CSSGram filters.

No, all CSSGram filters have only 'image' prop - https://github.com/iyegoroff/react-native-image-filter-kit/blob/master/docs/cssgram_filters.md
