The renten_alter tests test the policy environment of 2010 only. In some cases, the tests expect wrong results (e.g. Altersrente für Frauen; sometimes, a full retirement age above 65 is expected even though this pathway into retirement was abolished with a full retirement age of 65).
Additionally, it is not clear what purpose the jahr key serves in the test parameter files.
Suggested fix
Rewrite the test files to adhere to the test standards used in other modules.
