Reference of 2024 value for maximum in src/_gettsim/parameters/kinderzuschl.yaml.
Documentation problem
The maximum Kinderzuschlag of 2024 should be calculated via intermediate parameters published in the Existenzminimumbericht. Because those parameters are not known yet (but the maximum Kinderzuschlag is), we set the maximum Kinderzuschlag of 2024 in #680 as a parameter as it was done (by law) in 2023.
Suggested fix for documentation
Either add a reference to a law that sets the maximum Kinderzuschlag of 2024 to 292€, disregarding the intermediate parameters, or adjust the calculation following the Existenzminimumbericht to be published
