Issue 1: misleading name, as it suggests it refers to slope of a regression line (ordered categories), but it actually labels adjectives and adverbs of comparison

Issue 2: unclear use

Example 1: CLEAR _more _ money was spent in Asia on higher education in 2010

Example 2: LESS CLEAR and _over _ 6 times _higher _ than Africa at 50 million dollars

Example 3: CLEAR Asia spends _significantly _ _more _ money on education than North America, Europe and Africa
