Inconsistent use of <y_axis> and <y_axis_inferred_label> #34

should mark the name of the y axis on the plot, or its synonyms. should mark the unit of the y axis. This is not used consistently in the current version of the corpus (chart_summaries_b01.xml) nor in the delexicalized corpora. Proposed solution: change in the xml and re-write the delexicalized corpora.
