Suggestion: exclude low effort summaries #48

Some summaries are very short, listing only the plot title, bar names and heights, lacking any other vocabulary. In total, there are 3.

Example: Ave mins spent on social media each day in Maputo by age . 180 m for 15-24 , 160 m for 25-34 , 120 m for 35-44 , 95 m for 45-54 , 70 m for 55-64
