What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 1 CPU Core, 32 bit Win7
2. try to /ChangeMap 123
3. FAIL DUE TO: ADDED A MAP WHILE ITERATING THE MAPS ENUMERATION

(steps above might not work in future builds as i am currently working on that 
-rusty)

Possibly fixed with modification of MulitKeyDict.Values.

HOWEVER, NOTE THAT IT MAY STILL OCCUR! BE CAREFUL WHEN CHANGING MKDICT
