New option "Do not rainbowify the last level"

Hi there, I am trying Rainbow Brackets but I'm dearly missing one thing:

You already provide an option Do NOT rainbowify the first level, but IMHO it would make much more sense to have such an option for the last nesting level.

The last level bracket is what one would encounter much more often and having it in the default color would clearly tell me "okay, this is the last nesting level, you don't need to look any further".

When there is more nesting, this is when your plugin becomes extremely useful. On the lowest level, I find it actually a bit distracting.

I'm using PHPStorm on Linux but I believe my environment is not relevant in this case.

P.S. I will happily make a donation if you consider my feature request (even before the feature is released).
