Sticky header #29

Hello,

I've added sticky for th elements, it looks like this.

Tell me what you think.

The bottom (or the right) borders of sticky items are not visible because of border-collapse: collapse;...

I think it's an improvement overall, although the lack of a border bothers me... I really should get around to converting this to grid form, would make a lot of things easier layout wise I think
