Setting class should be in common lib and thus have no dependencies whatsoever on the sfml

Why is this issue tagged invalid ? Does it mean that the issue is invalid or does it mean that the settings class is invalid ?

I don't quite remember, but I think it's just because the Setting class isn't in the right place. Anyway the issue shouldn't be tagged invalid
