WORKAROUND:

Install .Net 5 https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/sdk-5.0.408-windows-x64-installer (x64) or https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/sdk-5.0.408-windows-x86-installer(x86)

WORKAROUND: .Net 5 SDK

@aneitz You actually only need the Desktop Runtime to run it, not the full developer SDK. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-5.0.17-windows-x64-installer
