Improve forward sync with synctex #191

Scroll to the point and not to the top of relevant page
Show a highlighter at the point

Oh wow, thanks so much for working on such a neat feature, @nisargjhaveri!

I don't have pdflatex and synctex installed on my machine anymore, so can't test this out right now. Could you record a GIF which demonstrates how this works and post it here? I'd take that as some confirmation that this works as expected 😸

Thanks! Looks good! I'm going to merge this and since I haven't done any testing myself -- we can see if someone else catches any edge-case bugs 😄
