Error message for out-of-bounds index may be vague #1

Entering an index greater than the number of customers in the customer list may be vague. Only The customer index provided is invalid. is output as an error message. Perhaps it may be better to be more specific about why the index is invalid.

Steps to reproduce: opencus 15 (replace 15 with any number greater than number of customers) Output: The customer index provided is invalid.
