[real mpc2000xl] Can step recorder record MIDI notes for a DRUM track when note is unassigned? #171

If a note is not associated with any pads, is there still a note recorded? We know that the step editor can handle for example 37/OFF, so the answer is probably "yes".

For the moment VMPC2000XL will asume it can. When I'm in the vicinity of a real MPC2000XL again I will verify it. If you're reading this and you can verify it, that would be very helpful.
