Setting MIDI control preset auto-load to ALWAYS doesn't work #195

  1. Connect a known MIDI controller.
  2. When the dialog pops up asking if you always want to switch to this controller's mapping, choose ALWAYS.
  3. Connect the controller again.
  4. Observe that the dialog pops up again.

There was an issue with spaces vs underscores in file names. Resolved in fb60d721470ee05e057717bfcf82868c2812faf4.
