Syncing to the DAW is broken #226

FrameSeq shouldn't lock to MIDI clock pulses unless VMPC2000XL is sending MIDI clock out.

Also opening the plugin should always default to host synchronization. In case the user wants to not have this, they'll have to disable it in the MIDI/SYNC screen every time they open a fresh instance of the plugin.
