"Miscellaneous Team Stats" scraping #53

New simplistic feature for scraping KenPom's Miscellaneous Team Stats pages.

Includes all the standard stuff: season support, offense/defense stats scraping support, support for parsing NCAA seeds when present on the page, plus the test cases to boot.

Since I wrote this with semi-tired brain, I'm going to take one more pass at reviewing it on my flight Thursday and merge then.
