Add class body declaration as starting state #7

Hi,

Sorry to ask you again if you can accept a new state as start in Java

I would like to add the body declaration (so we will have a general starting point that will parse both method and constructor (and some other complex declaration).

The pull request showed the whole package as changed in GitHub. I'm not sure what happened. Anyway, I added the state, regenerated, and pushed my changes. These changes are limited to the JavaParser class.
