Change step order in README to correctly init certs and commit config #24

I followed your original steps in your README. However, upon step 5 (initialize the certificate), the task fails because we are still in configuration "edit" mode. I subsequently, commit-ed, saved, and exited configuration mode, then performed the initialization. This pull request has the correct ordering of commands for initial setup documented in the README.

Are you on 2.0.0 of the OS?

Yes I am on vacation 2.0.0

Thanks, configuration mode must have changed slightly in 2.0.0. I merged with some changes, initializing the certificate in step 1, before configuration mode, and also before setting the service cert locations to avoid errors there.
