Fixing grade distribution section of app #44

This PR fixes the grade distribution section of the app. Yahoo Query Language (YQL) is no longer supported and this code is a remedy for that.

This code uses jQuery to fetch the HTML data directly from the site

Hi guys. This is Owen from UCSD. I currently found the bug for the grade distribution. The solution you guys created is just what I am thinking about ! The version in chrome extension store hasn't been updated yet. Also, there's a subtle bug in the new gradeDist.js. you should change "url: url" in "this.data" into "url: gradeDistURL" as this will lead users to the correct link for grade distribution.

Hi Owen, thank you for letting me know about the bugs. Unfortunately, I don't have control over updating the Chrome app. The problem is, the person who is, J, is not someone I've been able to easily reach out to. I barely get messages from him on Messenger
