Currently squawker is using Material 2 which flutter is in the proccess of deprecating so I thought this would be the perfect time for a Material You refresh

User Navigation:

Removed: Swipe to go to a page
Using material you style navigation

Color Scheme:

Removed: Colour picker
Added: #145

General Cleanup:

Removed unnecessary packages
