all data should be transferred to new device

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you provide more information please? For instance, can you provide the exported file? If you want you can send it to my email instead. If not, how many subscriptions do you have? Are you exporting everything? If so, do you have a lot of saved tweets?

I have around 164 subscriptions, file size is of 619kb and yes I have a lot of saved tweets.

If the json content length is the issue then please don't ask to reduce the content. I'm frequently switching between two devices and as there is no sync feature as of now, I export and import jsons between devices.

The size of the JSON file is not the problem. I just did a test with an export/import of a 1 Mb file successfully. On the second device, did you do a clean install of Squawker (uninstall/install instead of update) before the import?

I just tried doing so, still same. Uninstalled and downloaded latest apk then added twitter account and imported json (also tried importing before adding account). Nothing happens.
