Support for two-factor authentication. #287

Describe the problem

When an account has two-factor authentication enabled, it becomes unable to log in to Squawker.

Describe the solution

I hope that Squawker will eventually support logging in for accounts with two-factor authentication enabled.

Squawker already supports two factor authentication. I use it myself. Please describe in detail your use case that you wish to be implemented. Thank you.

I just had a try and found it work well now.
