Add true black tweet cards (+ option to disable it) #297

Currently tweet cards only are true black when the Theme Mode is set to Dark and True Black? is set to true. This pull request allows it to work with the System Theme Mode and allows users to disable it.

Thank you for this PR. Question: Why an additional separate property for true black of tweet cards? Do you think that people would want true black except for the tweet cards?

Thanks for considering that and making it up to the user!

Edit: I cannot see the option in theme settings. Is there anything I need to do in order to be able to view the toggle?
