Temporary white background when clicking on a tweet

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to any tweet
2. Click it in order to view comments

Expected behavior

Tweet loads and the theme is maintained

Actual behavior

A white background appears around the clicked, primary tweet:

However, after 5-10s it disappears and the theme background fades back in:

Is this intended behaviour to show loading or a bug?

What are you Theme settings: Theme mode ? Theme ? True Black?

Theme Mode: Dark Theme: BahamaBlue True Black: No Font Size: 14px

It seems to happen no matter the theme settings.
