When browsing user feed, pinned tweets show up every 20 tweets. Some pinned tweets are quite long. Even the short ones become exceedingly tiresome after a short time.

Pinned tweets should, at most, appear as the first tweet on a user feed.
Better yet, an option to disable them entirely would be preferred, perhaps on a per user basis or, if it's easier, globally. I only need to see them once.
