React Route for: /modify/group

On Component Mount:

Axios GET call to: https://bailfire.herokuapp.com/api/group/:id or http://localhost:8080/api/group/:id
- GET Error prompts the user
- GET Success loads all of the fields with the Group's data

This view contains

Form fields for:
- Group Name (required)
- Group Invites
- Description (required)
- Points of Interest
Buttons
- Back (leads to route: /groups)
- Modify Group
  - Axios PUT call to: https://bailfire.herokuapp.com/api/group or http://localhost:8080/api/group
    - PUT Error prompts the user
    - PUT Success leads to route: /view/group/:id
