React Route for: /quickstart

This view contains

• Graphics explaining how to:
  • Create a group
  • Invite people by email or text
  • View people on the map
  • Add points of interest and then view them on the map
  • Add alarms to points of interest and then an example of one activating and how that works
• Probably clicking through these graphics with an arrow or button. Can use React Routes to assist (like /quickstart/1 then /quickstart/2 and so on). Can instead use a Materialize component for this.
