Auto-create all required stats on game load. #2

To make player involvement easier, add all required stats into the abilities section automatically and default to 0 on game load.

BOD, MND, MOB, ST, CO, AG, DX, IN, AU, AV, WB, TSC%, SPC%, INI%

edited TSC% double into a SPC%

TSC% in twice, change one to SPC%

Players must use a !setup command to have it add all the attributes.
