Add Websocket

Description (five sentences max.) In order to Synchronise Gamestate I need a websocket connection for each Player.

Possible implementation Create a Websocket connection on joining a Game.

Acceptance Criteria

• Connect to a websocket upon joining a game
• Create a Websocket server upon starting the server

Out of Scope

• Max number of connections per game
• Room communication
