Add test tooling

I want to make sure that my code works. Especially the code for the game.

Therefore I need to:

• Add a testing framework that can test components and scripts
• Add a CI-Stage which runs all tests

Add tests for:

• orders
• dealHand
• shuffleCards
• cards

Depending on how much work implementing the tooling and ci is, I may work on this in two seperate branches.
