Change status and location of EYEO #50

Hi John,

The EYEO location says "Eyeo | [Melbourne] | a gathering for the creative technology community"

It should be Minneapolis. Also, I'm not sure how to indicate it's closed, at least it sounded like it's not coming back from the last talk at it and the Discord is silent.
