A few small adjustments to orders/order view UI, just for checking that fork/edit/pull-request process is correct. I'm available to contribute to this project.

Thank you Alan @alantamb for your contribution. Your setup seems alright, however, when contributing, I would suggest you create a branch in your repository every time you work on a special area of the extension. It will be cleaner in the end. Every branch can be based on j2commerce/j2cart.
