Rodrigo Restrepo died this month, aged 88 #2

Professor Rodrigo Restrepo worked in the Department of Mathematics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, from 1956 to 1995. News of his death came to the Department just last week. It is most encouraging to see his work continuing to attract attention. In preparing a tribute to the memory of a well-loved colleague, I intend to link to this repo.

Would you be receptive to a pull request that could add a tasteful biographical sketch to the "README.md" file of this "restrepo-1957" project?

This repo is still in progress, related to a series of blog posts starting with https://jeremykun.com/2018/12/31/silent-duels-and-an-old-paper-of-restrepo/ (the blog posts are also sadly still in progress; I was working through the paper and got distracted with other priorities)

I would love to add a biography here! I would also appreciate a photograph, if you have one. Your PR is welcome :)

Hello. Rodrigo was my dear uncle. And I would be glad to review or help write a bibliographical sketch, and will try to find a suitable picture. Our family appreciates the work in this repo and associated blog entries --- nice work, thanks!
