@certik and I will use this issue to keep the community updated on the work of the J3 Committee at the February/March 2021 (virtual) meeting.

Monday 2/22/21

IEEE report 21-114

21-101: Similar to a paper removed in the last meeting, but with some parts removed. Straw vote: First set of edits: 10, remove feature: 11, undecided: 2.
