Does this need to be installed on all domain controllers or just one? #15

The documentation doesn't state whether this tool needs to be installed on only 
one domain controller, or on all of them. (In my case I have 6 in total). Can 
you please clarify?

The steps must be repeated on every machine.
I also added a wiki page explaining the installation procedure clarifying this 
point.
