Display combined opposition vote percentage for each riding #4

So people can get a rough idea how badly the vote is split in a specific riding.

Not going to do this after all, since it tempts people to attach far more meaning to the sum than makes sense.

Using this model to determine which opp candidate might be the strongest is justified in the absence of actual local polling data, but it's just not precise enough to estimate the effectiveness of strategic voting in particular ridings.
