Lung-specific gene expression

Identify the expression pattern for the marker genes of tissue-resident T cells
- [ ] integrate chromatin profiles with expression to validate the utility of those marker genes
Identify the target genes for the enhancers with high causal probability
- [ ] make a heat-map plot to visualize the expression/accessibility of these enhancers across immune populations
Understand the function of the identified gene sets through GO analyses
