Sir please share these with those of us stuck with Windows 8 it seems more 
determined to kick unsigned drivers to the curb....

Sorry guys, my signature expired back in 2012 and I have yet to renew it. (No 
need, yet.) If I renew, I'll revisit and post the binaries.
