Typing on chatpad does nothing #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Drivers
2. Restarted computer.
3. Opened Chatpad control.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting to be able to use the chatpad to type into a word document or
even browser. It doesn't seem to be doing anything. It lights up and the
controller is connected but nothing gets typed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64

1. Go to Device Manager.
2. Check HID - Make sure that there is only one instance of X-Box 360
Controller HID Keyboard for Chatpad and one instance of X-Box 360 Controller
HID Mouse for Chatpad.
3. Uninstall any multiple instances but do not select the check box 'uninstall
driver'.
4. Restart computer in Disable Driver Signature F7 Mode.
5. If there are no more multiple instances then the Player 1 light should turn
on your X-Box 360 controller and the Chatpad will work when you rung
Chatpad_control
