ATTENTION EVERYONE ADDING ISSUES, PLEASE READ #40

Please make sure that if you add an issue, you put the "Owner" field as 
gtschemer@gmail.com.  Otherwise I will not get the email notification that an 
issue was added.  I did not even realize about 20 of these issues were here 
until I happened to check the site today.  :P

I'm not seeing the option to set the owner as gtschemer@gmail.com for the 
ticket I already added, nor am I seeing it for a new issue.

Any help is appreciated.
