Virtual keyboard and mouse devices are not uninstalled by the installer #6

Repeated installation/upgrades may leave multiple keyboard and mouse devices 
open and cause problems with driver operation.  There is a workaround to 
manually uninstall the devices, and I will add this workaround in a comment.

This should be fixed by having the installer and uninstaller combined into one 
program, and having the installer remove any old chatpad devices as needed 
before drivers are updated.
