chatpad_control_amd64.exe keeps closing #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed the drivers for amd64 and they work.
2. I open the control for amd64 and then it keeps closing even when I run it as 
an administrator. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The controller command prompt windows should stay open and it just keeps closing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version of driver. windows 8. Intel core i7-3630qm 2.40GHz 64-bit 
operating system, x64-based processor.

Please provide any additional information below.
