What steps will reproduce the problem?

I expected drivers to install. I get error message 0xe0000203 instead.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most recent release of chatpad_installer_amd64 on Windows Vista Home Premium
64bit
Please provide any additional information below.
I've attempted to install the chat pad drivers probably close to 20 times now.
I'm using a WIRED *OFFICIAL microsoft* controller (Black) and an *OFFICIAL
Microsoft* chat pad (also black). Both are brand new - just out of the package
today. It will *not* install the drivers.
