Reads chatpad and controller and says they are there and working, but doesn't control mouse or keyboard.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Started control.exe
2. Verified input is working by pressing unbinded key, recieving error in 
command prompt "key not bound at address 00x00" (example)
3. Entered windowed mode to try mouse and keyboard control... aaaannnndd 
nothing!?  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What do you mean "expected output"? I wanted to open my cd tray with the guide 
button! Haha no, I kid. It reads but doesn't do anything at all. There are 3 
error messages in the command prompt "IOCTL failed, lastError == 31

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest (as of June 17th 2014)

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using 32 bit Win7 home premium, and wired controller. I was wondering where 
is the config line for the sticks? Is there a GUI app in the making, something 
like xpadder? Oh and do I have to use the driver with a third party app like 
xpadder? Thanks for your time. Great job on your work.
