What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start control
2. Switch to Windows mode
3. Be mad that pressing keys on chatpad don't do anything.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I sorted out a couple driver errors and followed the install guide a little
closer. This solved my mouse control not working, however the chatpad still
won't type.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, Windows 7 32 bit Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.
I uninstalled the 10 drivers I accidentally installed by wondering why there
was no dialog box to signify that the driver was being installed, and I opened
the installer over and over again only to realize that the installer acts as a
backround task. The lack of user interface is kind of making this not so user
friendly. A couple things you should tell your installer, is to check if the
dll and sys and ini files are already loaded and/or present in the system. As
this seems to be what is keeping this from working properly.

1. Go to Device Manager.
2. Check HID - Make sure that there is only one instance of X-Box 360
Controller HID Keyboard for Chatpad and one instance of X-Box 360 Controller
HID Mouse for Chatpad.
3. Uninstall any multiple instances but do not select the check box 'uninstall
driver'.
4. Restart computer in Disable Driver Signature F7 Mode.
5. If there are no more multiple instances then the Player 1 light should turn
on your X-Box 360 controller and the Chatpad will work when you rung
Chatpad_control

:)))
