I have to keep reinstalling the driver #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attempt use the chatpad the next day
2. perhaps putting your computer in standby does this? I have no idea why this 
happens
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the chatpad to work the next day of use, but it did not. This 
happened twice so far.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7
