What This Branch Accomplished

Various improvements, fixes, and features.

Delete button now supports long pressing.
Added a "Generate Recent Logcat" button for easier bug tracking.
Removed newline characters in transcribed text.
Now the app transforms transcribed texts from simplified into traditional Chinese (Mandarin).

How to Test This Branch

Test long-press on the delete button.
Test the "Generate Recent Logcat" button. Confirm that a log file is indeed generated.
No newlines, nor simplified Chinese characters are present in transcribed texts.

Notes

This branch originally used opencc4j, but its cold boot-up was too slow. Instead, we turned to quick-chinese-transfer
